Their services are designed to meet people where they are — whether they are mental health professionals, community leaders, caring friends or family — helping build healing, resilience, and a more grief-informed society.

Community Resources
School Based Support Groups
A safe and welcoming space for students to connect, share, and support one another through life’s challenges. Guided by a trained facilitator, this group helps students build empathy, strengthen coping skills, and foster a sense of belonging. Together, peers learn that they are not alone — and that healing and growth are possible through understanding and connection.
Peer Based Support Groups
A supportive, judgment-free space where individuals come together to share experiences, offer encouragement, and build community. Guided by a trained facilitator, this group empowers participants to learn from one another, strengthen resilience, and find hope through shared understanding and connection.
